This machine is designed by our company specially for gypsum board, wood fiber board, MGO board, Calcium Silicate Board edge cutting treatment ;For the edge cutting size ,length can be adjusted from 1830MM To 2440MM, width can be adjusted from 900MM To 1220MM,the length and width can be adjusted by setting; The Max cutting thickness is 50mm ,running stable, fast cutting, good precision, the whole cutting can be controlled by one button with air cylinder pressure, fully automatic cutting ,easy operation;

1):This automatic cutting system including : Automatic Loading, Infrared Position, Preloading Equipment, Rip Saw Cart, Rip Saw Cart Compressing Structure, Rip Saw Cart Conveyor ,Rip Saw Head, Cross Saw Frame, Cross Saw Cart, Cross Saw Cart Conveyor ,Automatic Stack System and other accessories;

2):Automatic Loading System :This matching loading system is Vacuum Cup Loading Equipment, and including Vacuum Tank, Hydraulic Lift Platform, Vacuum Pump ;

3):All the automatic four side cutting system are controlled by PLC System, can let loading, cutting and stack by fully automatic ,can save more labors and improve the working efficiency;

4):The Automatic Cutting Saw is monitor by infrared ,the cutting works is more precise, avoid wastage ,and also the cutting surface is more smooth and better performance ;
